• Whether you own your home — so an installer knows the right basis for any work.

How we use your information

• To contact you about your enquiry. We will contact you by phone, directly related to the quote request you made, to talk through your options and arrange a home survey. This is the reason the form carries a notice instead of a separate tick box.
• To match you with an installer. Qualified enquiries may be passed to a single vetted double glazing installer so they can provide your free, no-obligation quote.
• To understand and improve our marketing using the attribution data above.

Our lawful basis

We rely on your consent, given when you submit the form having read this policy, and on our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and connecting homeowners with installers. You can withdraw consent or object at any time using the contact details below.

Who we share it with

We share your details with a matched installation partner so they can quote for your work. We do not sell your data or pass it to unrelated third parties for their own marketing. Service providers that host this website or help us process enquiries act on our instructions under contract.

How long we keep it

We keep your enquiry details for up to 24 months after your last contact with us, after which they are deleted or anonymised, unless we are required to keep them longer to meet a legal obligation. Marketing attribution cookies expire after 90 days.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
